The room was fantastic and had convenient amenities like a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment. The staff was always available and eager to assist. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, Carowinds, and other popular attractions. It was also situated in a bustling area with plenty of traffic.
The staff is welcoming. The rooms have excellent views of the mountains and are exceptional. The hotel provides a great restaurant nearby. The location is amazing and comfy. It's a fairly clean place.

This place is pet-friendly with attentive staff who recognized my platinum membership, offering a brand-new, well-maintained room with a great bed and perfect facilities.
I liked the stay here. I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was great. Location: the hotel was near to the beach as well as the "valley " between the two sets of entrance doors. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
Incredible location, so close to downtown Asheville and Biltmore.
The bar/restaurant, golf course, and tennis center were convenient amenities.
